Returns Policy
Our commitment to customer satisfaction includes a 30-day return period with a full refund guarantee. This policy is effective for 30 days following the receipt of your purchase.
For a return to be accepted, the item must remain unused and in the condition it was delivered, including its original packaging.

Refunds Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned merchandise, we will inform you via email about the receipt of the item and the outcome of your refund request, be it approval or rejection.
In the event of refund approval, the amount will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method, such as your credit card. This process can take up to 4 weeks.
Delayed or Unreceived Refunds
If you have not received your refund, kindly recheck your bank account. Following this, we advise contacting your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially recorded. Subsequently, please reach out to your bank, as there might be a processing interval before the refund appears. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us for further assistance.
Exchanges
We offer replacements solely for items that are either defective or damaged. Should you have such an item, please email us at support@vaultki.com with a photograph of the defective product. The time required for the replacement product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Policy
Please note that shipping costs are not subject to refund. In cases where a refund is issued, the original shipping costs paid will be deducted from the refund amount.
